Any purported winnings resulting from fraudulent activities will not be considered legitimate.
(e) Any deposit identified as a double-spend and used for gameplay will be subject to deduction from the player’s future winnings, up to the full value of the double-spent amount.
6.1. General Rules applying to Bonuses and Promotions
When you accept any bonus provided by Eternal Slots, be it a no-deposit bonus, deposit bonus, bonus chips, free spins, or comp points, you're acknowledging your agreement to abide by the terms specified hereafter.
(a) Player identity verification may include any combination of the following: player name, mailing address, email, IP address, computer, telephone number, or any other required forms of identification. The Casino reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses awarded to any individual participant in cases where multiple participation is permitted.
(b) Each Player is entitled to one promotion at a time, unless otherwise specified. Promotions at Eternal Slots are limited to one per Player, household, location, credit card number, and computing device, including shared devices such as those in universities, fraternities, schools, public libraries, or workplaces, unless prior arrangements have been made with Casino management.
(c) Specific bonus and promotion rules take precedence over general rules.
(d) Free bonuses may only be claimed when there are no pending withdrawal requests on the Player’s account. A deposit must be made between free promotions. Claiming free promotions consecutively without a qualifying deposit may be treated as bonus abuse and can lead to winnings being voided.
(e) Players are forbidden from combining promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Deposit bonuses are intended for wagering purposes only and are not eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds generated from deposits are separate from the deposit amount. Claiming a bonus on reversed cash-ins, meaning funds returned to your casino balance, is not permitted.
(f) Your User Account balance must be less than $/€ 1 prior to redeeming any coupon.
(g) In order to be eligible for any complimentary promotion, a minimum deposit of US$/€ 10 is required, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
(h) You may not make a new deposit, request a bonus, or claim a free promotion until you have met the wagering requirements associated with your existing deposit, bonus, or free promotion. Your balance must drop below $/€ 1 before initiating a new deposit, bonus, or free promotion.
(i) Previous User Account balances cannot be used to fulfill wagering requirements.
(j) To be eligible for the free promotion after a withdrawal, a subsequent deposit must be made as the next action.
(k) Players are not allowed to make two consecutive withdrawals from free promotions. To become eligible to request a new withdrawal from another free promotion, a deposit must be made after withdrawing from one free promotion.
(l) The Buy Feature option available in certain slot games is strictly prohibited from being used when playing with any active bonus. Any winnings derived from the Buy Feature while a bonus is active may be considered void and subject to removal.
(m) Any bonus or promotional balance that falls below the minimum playable threshold set by the game system (currently $0.50) will be automatically removed. This process is enforced at system level by the gaming platform and is final, non-recoverable, and not subject to manual adjustment by Eternal Slots.
6.2. Withdrawal Procedures Following Bonus Use
(a) Withdrawals cannot be made for an amount lower than the bonus received.
(b) When requesting a withdrawal, regardless of the number of deposits made, the initial bonus amount will be deducted from your balance or winnings.
(c) The Casino reserves the right to withhold any excess amount over your initial deposit from your withdrawal if the bonus has been utilized for wagering on 777 slot, baccarat, craps, pontoon blackjack, roulette, sic bo, or any live dealer game.
6.3. Rules Applying to Bonus Hunting
(a) Incentives in the form of bonuses are employed by the Casino to motivate players, yet it does not aim to furnish complimentary funds to individuals labeled as "bonus hunters" or "bonus abusers." The Casino's management will assess all player accounts and assign classifications according to the ratio of Bonuses to Deposits for each account. After a player has been identified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser," their eligibility for future bonuses and promotions will be restricted.
(b) While the Casino promotes player participation in promotions, it emphasizes the importance of refraining from exploitation. If a player has a record of abusing promotions or participating in fraudulent activities like chargebacks at our casino, their account will be subject to limitations on future bonuses and promotions.
(c) The Casino or its authorized representative has the authority to periodically examine transaction records and logs for various purposes. Should such a review reveal practices that the Casino or authorized representative, at their sole discretion, determine as abusive, they reserve the right to nullify the entitlement of such Player(s) to the promotion. Additionally, they may, at their discretion, limit a Player(s)' eligibility to participate in promotions and restrict specific groups or categories of Players from accessing such promotions. Moreover, they maintain the right to refuse or retract bonuses for any reason, including cases of Player abuse. In instances of abuse, they also hold the power to revoke the Player's membership and prevent future access to the Casino.
(d) Furthermore, the Casino or its authorized representative reserves the right to alter, amend, cease, or conclude a promotion at their discretion and without prior notification to players. While they will endeavor to give advance notice, this cannot be guaranteed. The Casino or its authorized representative shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such modifications, amendments, discontinuations, or terminations of promotions, and any liability shall rest solely with the Players.
6.4. Bonus Eligibility by Jurisdiction
In addition to the provisions outlined in Clause 2:
(a) Players residing in countries such as the United States, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, and Sweden are eligible to claim and withdraw welcome bonuses, free money no deposit bonuses, or match bonuses.
(b) However, players from countries including Estonia, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Poland, Moldova, Tajikistan, Netherlands, and Netherlands Antilles are not permitted to redeem or withdraw welcome bonuses, free money no deposit bonuses, or match bonuses.

(e) Casino bonuses cannot be used for playing in Tournaments, Progressive Games, 777 slot, or any Live Dealer games, unless otherwise specified.
(f) If a dispute arises, the Casino will have the ultimate authority to make the final decision.
6.5. Duration of Bonus Terms
Upon claiming a bonus, its terms take effect immediately and remain valid until a new Fund Action (Deposit or Bonus) is processed to your account, thus clearing the bonus from your balance. These Bonus Terms persist even after meeting the wagering requirements and initiating a withdrawal. Adding a deposit on top of your existing bonus balance does not invalidate the Bonus Terms. Violations of these terms during their validity period may lead to the forfeiture of all winnings, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. These promotion terms cease to be applicable upon a new fund action (deposit or bonus) when the playable balance falls below $/€ 1.00. For further clarification, please refer to term 7.1.j.
6.6. Wagering Limits
(a) All bonus promotions are subject to maximum bet limits to ensure fair gaming practices. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion, the maximum allowable bet is US$/€ 10. Bets exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture and removal of any associated winnings from the promotion.
(b) Please be aware that all minimum deposit requirements are specified in USD (United States Dollar). Prior to making your deposit, it is your responsibility to confirm the minimum amount required in your currency equivalent by consulting the cashier.
(c) Additionally, between deposits not associated with bonuses, only one free promotion can be claimed.
(d) To ensure fair play and the sustainability of our promotional offers, players with a high bonus-to-deposit ratio may be temporarily excluded from receiving deposit bonuses. (c) Wagering both the deposit amount and the associated bonus amount 15 times is necessary for withdrawing winnings generated from a deposit bonus. (a) In the event that excluded players claim promotions or monetary bonuses and profit from them, the following procedures will be implemented:
(b) Eternal Slots has a system in place that will automatically prevent excluded players from participating in promotions or receiving monetary bonuses. Should a player engage in cheating or attempt to manipulate the system, these rules will apply:
(c) Immediate account suspension will be enforced, accompanied by the forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and associated privileges. Cheating encompasses activities such as using prohibited software, colluding with other players, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or any actions aimed at gaining an unfair advantage over the casino or other players. The casino reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure fairness and integrity within its operations.
(d) Account suspension may occur during an investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, syndication, or fraud while using the casino platform, website, or systems. Additionally, the casino reserves the right to take various actions, including withholding all or part of the account balance, permanent account closure, and the recovery of any affected winnings, payouts, or bonuses resulting from fraudulent activities. Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:
(i) Collusion: Collusion occurs when two or more individuals coordinate efforts to gain an unfair advantage over both the software and other players. Typically, collusion involves pooling funds to artificially inflate the available bankroll, often through multiple bonus awards. This tactic aims to exploit the game engine design, thereby increasing the chances of achieving significant winning slot payouts, such as a bonus round. In such a scheme, the winnings from such an event are often directed to one of the colluding members, thus reducing the winning potential for other players using the casino.
(ii) Syndication: If we detect your involvement as a member or participant in a syndicate, club, or group where players receive strategies for advantageous play, it is considered syndication. These strategies are crafted to create scenarios with a positive expectation by leveraging promotional offers.
(iii) Exploitation of Software Flaws: Taking advantage of a fault, loophole, or error in our or any third-party software provided for the services outlined in this agreement is what this refers to. It's crucial to note that the engagement in any of these activities can result in the suspension of your account and other necessary actions to maintain the fairness and integrity of our operations.
(e) Eternal Slot’s management can also act in the following situations:
(i) It is discovered that you have been found guilty of fraudulent or collusive behavior at another online gaming business, including activities such as chargebacks, collusion, or criminal actions.
(ii) Evidence is found indicating that you have fraudulently charged back or denied any transfers, deposits, or purchases to your account.
(iii) You utilize automated play software such as 'bots' or any simulation tools or systems designed to gain an unfair advantage over the casino.
(iv) In the event of a player engaging in cheating or attempting to manipulate the system, the following rule will be enforced:
(v) The player involved will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and privileges associated with their account. Cheating encompasses but is not limited to the use of prohibited software, collusion with other players, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any other activity aimed at gaining an unfair advantage over the casino or other players. The casino reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure fairness and integrity within its operations.
(f) Additionally, as a player at Eternal Slots, you agree:
(i) To refrain from colluding or attempting to collude or intending to participate directly or indirectly in any collusion scheme involving the sharing of winnings among selected players, sharing of funds, or working together toward a mutual end goal while taking advantage of multiple acquisition incentive offers to the detriment of other players who are not involved in the collusion.
(ii) To inform the casino if you suspect a player to be colluding or planning to collude with other players.
(iii) Not to be part of a syndicate or group that engages in advantage play strategies.
(iv) Eternal Slots reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation in any situation where we suspect the presence of fraudulent activity, collusion, syndication, or any illegal actions. Furthermore, we reserve the right to disclose your identity and notify our business units, processing companies, electronic payment providers, or other financial institutions we engage with regarding any suspicion of unlawful, fraudulent, or improper activity.
7.5 Lobby Jackpots
(a) In order to participate in the casino Lobby Jackpot, customers must log in and manually opt-in. Players can also opt-out at any point from contributing to the Lobby Jackpot.
(b)Enrolled players can win the accumulated jackpot amount as a compulsory $0.01 bet will be placed on every spin in any slot game.
(c) Free bonuses cannot be used to contribute to the Lobby Jackpot. Lobby jackpots won while playing with a balance derived from a free bonus will be subject to the maximum withdrawable amount of that bonus.
(d) Lobby jackpot prizes are awarded as a real money balance with no wagering restrictions, except when won while playing with a deposit bonus or cashback. In such cases, wagering requirements of the respective bonus apply.
7.6 Bonus & Coupon Balance
The following rule applies to all active bonuses and coupons:
(a) If a player has an active bonus/coupon and has not completed the required wagering, and the player’s balance drops below the system threshold (e.g., $1), the bonus/coupon will be automatically cleared and any remaining bonus balance will be removed.
(b) If the wagering requirement is fully completed before the balance drops below the threshold, the remaining bonus balance will be converted into real, withdrawable funds as normal.
(c) This rule applies to all coupons and bonuses unless otherwise specified within a specific promotion.
(d) The removal of bonus balance in these cases is automatic and is not considered an error or malfunction; it is a standard part of the bonus system behavior.
